Preparation Guidelines for Carpenter Ants
Ensure access to baseboards in your home by moving all furniture 6 to 8 inches away from the wall.
Ensure access to baseboards, walls and shelves in the basement and closet / storage areas.
Closet floors must be clear; clothes may remain hanging.
Shut off all fish tanks and seal tank openings with plastic.
All adults, children and pets MUST LEAVE PREMISES for a period of 2 hours from completion of service.

Pregnancies, Allergies, Nursing Mothers, Any health problems and infants under the age of 1 year are to vacate the premises for a period of 24 hours.
Do not vacuum up to baseboards or wipe them down as the chemical is active for 3 months.
